Our History

The owner Tomasino Talamoni together with his wife  Rosella Mitidieri started Talamoni Tomasino in 1994 in Ornavasso, a territory deeply involved in the processing of micro mechanics. Our company produced wheels and cutting heads in carbide, and provided grinding wheels and discs to the drinking glass and container glass industries, such as Bormioli Luigi, Bormioli Rocco la Calp, etc., for years. In 1997 we participated in the Vitrum fair for the first time proposing a complete line of clips, wheels and automatic cutting inserts for flat glass. Since then, every year the company participates in the biennial Glasstec and Vitrum fairs, the principal trade fairs in Europe, acquiring Italian and foreign customers.

In 2008 the family business Talamoni Tomasino became a partnerships company Talamoni snc. uniting other members of the family, who with passion and competence support the owners. The years of experience in the production of cutting tools from different materials, capacitated Talamoni to develop a range of lubricants and oils that complement the products the company offers to the market.

To our array of glass working products, we added a range of products for the ceramic industry, which uses the same technology and carbide materials, including the creation of a line of automatic cutting products for Porcelain Stoneware. In short, Talamoni inhabits a niche market, of cutting and squaring lines, with the major manufacturers. 

Talamoni  provides the customer with the excellence needed to face the challenges of today's market. In 2019 we became a limited company, Talamoni srl. The love for their work, made of resilience, wisdom, attention to detail and to the customer, give Talamoni a solid place in the national and international market, developing customized and cutting-edge solutions for their customers.
